RETURN POLICY

Far From Timid will refund or exchange your products for any reason within 30 days minus the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are $5 for all products except framed wall art, $10 for framed wall art and $15 for wallpaper. No questions asked.

 

WALLPAPER PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS

For wallpaper orders, if your order seems to be defective after 2 strips please STOP and contact Far From Timid to obtain further instructions. 1844-FARFROM. We recommend you order a sample of the wallpaper prior to ordering rolls.

Wallpaper can only be returned if it has arrived damaged or with manufacturing defects within 30 days.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. SEND EMAIL

Send an email to our customer service team and include your Far From Timid order number at customerlove@farfromtimid.com

  1. INDICATE REASON

Indicate the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. You can find the order number in your order confirmation email and at the top of the packing slip included in your shipment. If you don't have the order number, tell us your name and the city that your order was shipped to, and we can retrieve your order information.

  1. TAKE A PHOTO

Return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

  1. DAMAGE VERIFICATION

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Far From Timid for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
